Besides doing film and photography, I am also a level designer for the game Team Fortress 2 aka. ‘mapping’.
There’s a lot of other mappers out there all with various skill levels but for all of us, the process starts here – a blank page with only your imagination to fill it in.
As for my own skill set, I have been mapping for about twenty plus years – all the way back to the original Half Life and Team Fortress Classic days which also includes some maps made for Counterstrike.
Since I have been mapping for such a long time, my work now tends to be more on the artistic side while pushing the envelope of traditional TF2 game play. My reputation is now of doing something fairly wild and unexpected.
